I have been a fitness professional for the past 38 years. I will be able to assist with exercise and fitness for the seniors that are capable. I have also been a caregiver for my mother and my sister in the past I am CPR trained and capable of lifting Any patient up to 150 pounds. I am also a very good cook, and wouldn't mind cooking a meal from time to time if needed. also, I am very neat and extremely clean and will keep your surroundings as if they were mine.
