With 20 years of experience in childcare, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where children can thrive. My journey began as a school bus driver in Brazil, responsible for transporting 25 children each shift while ensuring their safety and well-being. I also organized recreational activities, such as games and weekend field trips, for children aged 4 to 12, which sparked my passion for fostering positive, enriching experiences. Patience, creativity, and friendliness are my strengths, allowing me to connect effortlessly with children. I prioritize open communication with parents, keeping them updated on their child's day through their preferred method. Whether enforcing household rules or engaging in activities like sports, board games, or educational games, I tailor my approach to each child's needs. Fluent in Portuguese, I'm also happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
