Claudio (aka Cloud) cared for my grandfather, age 88 with advanced dementia, for the final three months of his life. Cloud was a standout from our first meting and I am so happy he was with my grandfather in his final days. Claudio is commited to continuing education, and in addition to his CNA license and years of experiencere, he offered a warm respect to our family -- and his work ethic -- always early for his shift, I have never seen a caregiver who is more dedicated to their patient. While he and my grandfather became fast friends, Cloud kept a precise log, ideas about bathing to bedtime, and shared his home cooked meals that helped with edema (and took pressure off of us!), to exercises and days out -- his dedication, honesty, attention to detail - we will be forever grateful for his work and kindness, and leadership during a most difficult time. Thank you, Cloud, we love you!
