Hii, I'm experienced, responsible, respectful, and patient person with over 5 years of experience in childcare. I have cared for children from newborns to 10 years old, and I am also a mother of 18yo and 21yo , which has strengthened my understanding, empathy, and commitment to children's well-being. I enjoy creating a calm and safe environment where children feel comfortable, happy, and supported. I like to encourage their development through play, creativity, and age-appropriate activities. I maintain clear and respectful communication with parents and always adapt to each family's rules and values.
