I have worked in the healthcare field for over 30 years. My last positions being a patient care coordinator and social worker. Knowledge of: Medical terminology and Medications; meal preparation in accordance with diet; assisting with personal care; light housekeeping: companionship: exercise routine as well as activities of interest. While working full time I have taken care of an elderly couple for over five years as well as cared for Mother In Law with Vascular Dementia while living in our home. Lastly took care of my own Mother preparing for a surgery and after while she was recovering. The past two years I have cared for three individuals in their homes staying with each of them as long as it was necessary.. I am a self motivated individual with goals, values, morals, and ethics with the clients best interest at heart.
