Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, and Sports & Fitness. I hold certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), which allow me to provide tailored support for diverse learners. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging, patient environment where your child feels supported. I assess individual learning styles by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and practice problems. To keep students motivated, I encourage curiosity through interactive discussions. I believe clear communication with families is essential for tracking progress and setting goals. Seeing a student's confidence soar as they master a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work.
