I would hire Clare again in an instant!!! She has provided top notch care for our two boys, who are now 1 and 3.5, for about 6 months. She is a natural with kids of all ages. She is so nurturing and sweet with the baby but also can totally relate to a 3 year old and keep up with his energy and spirit! She is professional, happy to be with the kids and goes above and beyond. She is very in tune with the changes our baby was going through and was excellent with ccommunication. We truly couldn't have asked for a better caregiver.
