About Clare

Hi! I am here to help your child learn in whatever way they need. I know the pandemic and online learning can lead to stress and a lack of motivation, so I combat that by teaching with patience, understanding, and enthusiasm. I was an excellent student in high school, and tutored my peers through National Honor Societies. I then went to Pomona College, where I graduated in 2019 with a degree in Environmental Biology and a minor in Mathematics. I taught outdoor environmental education in Wyoming for one year, and realized my love for teaching. I am happy to teach remotely, and I am also willing to discuss tutoring in person, as long as we make a plan to keep your family and myself safe.
