Hi! I worked in a nursing home for just over two years and I mainly worked on the Dementia unit! I help residents with bathing, eating, getting dressed and other activities of daily living! I also worked at a hospital in Alaska as a Patient Care Tech doing tasks such as providing companionship to confused patients, bathing, getting them dressed, taking them to the bathroom and more. Taking care of people is something I am compassionate about! I had my CNA certification in Wisconsin while working at the nursing home and am in the process of getting it reinstated and transferred down here!
