I have over three years of experience working with children as a program leader, substitute teacher, and nanny/babysitter. I value play-based learning as a powerful way for children to build confidence, curiosity, and emotional awareness while feeling safe and supported. I'm attentive to each child's unique needs and believe it's essential to be aligned with parents on expectations, routines, and developmental goals.
