About Clara

In the past, I tutored middle school students, in a school-based program I worked. I have volunteered to tutor in a tutoring program sponsored by my church. I am not a professional tutor; however, I encouraged my child, at a young age, to appreciate the value of reading. She made the Dean's List her first semester in college. She has been on the President's List for the last two semesters, and will graduate college in May 2010. When working with my children, I became creative, in terms of adding fun to the learning process. In addition, I mentor students via an online program, which is a nationwide program the schools utilize.
