About Clara

I have taken care of elderly patients for approximately 20 years. I have taken care of people from quadriplegics to just companion care, diabetes, aphasia, Alzheimer's disease, dementia. I have worked in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and have lived with my clients for many days in a row at their homes. I have saved my patients' lives multiple times because of their dangerously low blood pressure. I've walked into people's houses and realized this almost immediately. I've had a lot of very good times with a lot of my clients. I have taken them to many events, Parks, out to breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, musical events, and have had a very good time with them. I have taken many classes at the College of DuPage and Northwestern University for medical assisting and understand a lot of medical issues. I have worked with many physical therapists, so I can help my clients when the physical therapist is not there.
