Hello! My name is Claire and I am a 5th grade teacher in the Seattle area. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. I am looking to build a flexible, summer tutoring schedule on an as-needed basis. My vision is to have a shared calendar with all the families I'll be tutoring for, and then each family can have the flexibility to sign up for tutoring time slots that work best for them. I want families to have the ability to sign up for as much or as little tutoring as they need throughout the whole summer to help keep their child's knowledge sharp, and to get them back-to-school ready! We had a great experience working with Claire. Each tutoring session was well thought out and catered to the needs of my 7-year-old son. Seeing my son enjoy himself while doing "work" was so nice. He wanted to do tutoring every day.
