Besides my history as a babysitter and nanny for more than half my life, I also have 5 years of teaching and tutoring experience at the elementary and middle school levels. I am committed to being a safe and reliable person in young people's lives, there to help them explore the world and understand themselves. I'm especially suited to tutoring students in a wide variety of subjects, especially language skills, and have used my linguistics degree both in classrooms and to support early language development in caregiving roles. I am passionate about all things learning, and am a teacher at heart.
