Hello! I have recently moved to Los Angeles from the suburbs of Detroit. There I was a nanny for two little girls beginning when they were a newborn and 2 for 3 years. During my time with them I potty trained both girls, taught them to read, swim, and even a bit of piano and sign language. While nannying, I also did light housework (laundry, dishes, cooking, and general cleaning), and was responsible for the girls transportation to school and other activities. I also work as an actor and love incorporating play and imagination even into educational activities. I also have been a camp counselor for multiple summers working with kids ages 5 to 16. I graduated with honors from the Liverpool institute for Performing arts in England, where I learned to love grey sky's, copious walking, and milky tea. In high school I graduated Sun Cum Laude, and had a side job tutoring younger kids. I am vaccinated for COVID 19, have my own transportation, and I am CPR certified. Hope to hear from you!

I needed a one-time babysitter in a pinch and Claire was responsive and communicative. She was great with my son (21 months toddler). Even though he has had limited exposure to other adults, he took to her quickly because she engaged him with just the right amount of energy and didn't overwhelm him. She wore a mask the whole time, indoor and outdoor. My son goes to daycare normally, otherwise I'd hire her regularly!
