About Claire

Hello! I'm Claire, I have +10 years of professional experience working for nonprofits alongside +6 years of childcare and education experience. My childcare experience ranges from nannying for families in New York City and the Bay Area, to teaching in K-8th and undergraduate environments. I maintain ongoing commitment to childcare alongside a professional career. I'd describe my personality as grounded, reflective, and fun! I like working with kids because it brings me joy! I find working with kids engaging and fulfilling which is why I'm looking for a part-time nannying or tutoring job in addition to my nonprofit career. I started working with kids when I was in high school. Since then I've worked as a nanny, elementary school teaching assistant, summer camp counselor, and undergraduate instructor while getting my Masters at UCB. In my spare time, I like to swim, rock climb and do yoga. I aspire to teach yoga one day!
