I am a friendly and open individual with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. With more than three years of experience, I've developed a patient, calm, and friendly approach to caring for children of all ages. I have worked most recently as a Youth Development Professional, but I also have experience in babysitting and classroom assistance. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to engage children in various activities, such as outdoor sports, educational games, and board games. I prioritize open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My college education and coursework in social work have further equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality care for others. I am certified in First Aid and CPR.
