About Claire

My name is Claire, I just graduated from Virginia Tech this past may May, and I am back in Ashburn for the time being. Here is a little bit about me! I have a lot of experience with kids through previous jobs including working for The Little Gym where I would host birthday parties, teach gymnastics classes, and run summer camps for children ages 2-8. I also assisted in the launch of a mommy and me class where I gained experience with 6-15-month-olds. Most recently, I lived in San Diego over the summer, nannying for a single mom and her three sweet kids ages 9, 7, and 2. These experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded caregiver as well as strengthened my love for working with children. I believe fostering an environment of kindness and safety when taking care of children allows them to have fun and grow by exploring the world around them. I'm energetic, and patient, and love to stay active! I'm excited to meet and help out a local Northern Virginia family!
