About Ciomara

Hello everyone! :) my name is Ciomara and I am a recent university graduate. I attended John Jay College in New York, graduating in 2023 with a Bachelors of Arts in forensic psychology and a minor in counseling. I have been working with children since 2021 in a variety of settings; museums, child care facilities, foster care organizations, schools, etc. I believe that every child deserves an amazing childhood, a childhood in which they can grow, ask questions without fear, and feel safe and loved. Most recently, I was an infant teacher at an early childhood education facility. I gained so many new skills from my position but I am currently looking to get into different child care jobs while I save up for graduate school. Outside of work, I love to lift at the gym, go on hikes, cook dinner with my partner, and watch movies! I like working with kids because I love to teach children new things. I love that children have a natural and never ending curiosity for the world around them.
