Hello! I am new to Care. com as I have always had work through word of mouth. I have been nannying about 4 years. I normally work part time with multiple families throughout the day who have two kids at most. I have experience with kids ages 1-11. It is important for me to get to know the parents so that I am knowledgeable about their parenting style and wanting the parents to be comfortable with me. I prioritize safety! I know when to discipline and put my foot down when absolutely necessary. I also care about having FUN! I am good with time management with kids especially when it comes to dinner, bath, story time and bedtime. I am clean and love organizing around the house to ensure it looks even better than when I arrive- one less thing for the parents to worry about. I am looking for part time work as my schedule can be unpredictable as I have another job. If you consider me, which I hope you do, we can discuss further. Cindy was an absolute gem with my two daughters. From the moment she arrived, she jumped right into their world, engaging them in a way that made them feel comfortable and allowed me to make a smooth exit. My girls had such a great time with her and couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. She even managed to get them to bed easily, which is always a plus! I truly appreciated how caring and attentive she was. We’ll definitely be calling her again!
