About Cindy

Hello! I have experience as a nanny for 7 years. I work part time with multiple families throughout the week. I have experience with children ages 1-11. It is important for me to get to know the parents so that I am knowledgeable about their parenting style, rules and for the parents to be comfortable with me. I prioritize safety! I know when to discipline and to be assertive when absolutely necessary. I care about having FUN! I am good with time management, especially when it comes to dinner, bath, story time and bedtime. Communication with parents is key for me. I value cleanliness and organizing around the house to ensure it looks even better than when I arrive- one less worry for the parents. I am looking for part time work and a family who can be flexible with me as I am also a freelancer. In return, I am loyal and care about taking great care of the home and children. If you consider me, we can discuss further detail. I'm happy to send referrals with my current families as well!
