I enjoy spending time with kids and being able to interact with them. I think kids are an absolute joy to be around. Depending on your preference and age of the child (usually infants and toddlers), I usually will give the parent(s) update on what is going on (i. e. taking a nap on schedule, eating, activities, etc.).
