About Cindy

I have been working with children since I have been old enough to care for them. I began in my church at summer day camps, Vacation Bible School, and preschool camps as a leader for the children. More recently I have been an Adaptive Summer Camp Counselor at a recreation center, a caretaker/nanny for special needs children during the school year and in the summer, as well as babysitter for various family friends as needed. I love working with children and I am in the process of working towards my Master's in Occupational Therapy to continue to work with disabled children for the rest of my life. I love the thought of encouraging, investing, and impacting younger lives and helping the generation that will follow me. Children are fun and a joy to be around and I love interacting with them in whatever way possible whether it's playing games, going to the park, reading books, coloring, doing homework, anything as long as they're learning, growing, and having fun.
