Hi! I am a teacher of 35 years who specializes in reading and writing for elementary age children. I am Orton Gillingham trained to help neurodivergent children experience success in spelling and reading . I have taught all elementary subjects but I enjoy English Language Arts and Reading the most . My students have shown great success with my one on one multi sensory approach to learning. I have a child with learning differences and this has helped me to be able to relate to children and their families when it comes to individualized lesson planning. In my spare time, I like to be with my granddaughter and help out at church

Miss T has been tutoring my daughter for three years. My daughter’s school advised me that she needed special services at school to address a learning disorder. I said, “No.” and hired Miss T. Last year my daughter was on the Deans list. She is currently reading at two grade levels above. Miss T is a life saver.
