Supporting the independence, dignity, and well-being of seniors and individuals needing assistance is my passion. With five years of experience as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), I provide calm, compassionate, and dependable care tailored to each person's needs. I hold a graduate degree from East Tennessee State University, am Mandt trained and RBT certified, and maintain CPR and First Aid training. I provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and assistance with daily routines. I take time to understand each client's preferences, routines, personality, and history. I remain calm during challenging situations and use respectful approaches to promote safety and trust. I value communication with families and can provide updates by text, phone, or daily reports. Your loved one's comfort, safety, dignity, and independence are my priorities.
