About Cierra

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, loud, and loving. I like working with kids because I love being that role model to them and helping them learn. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with hours. I started working with kids when I was about 9 years old I was watching toddlers with an adult present. Around the age of 12 my little brother was born and I would care for him to relieve her and throughout the summers of him growing up I would watch him Monday-Friday. Then by 15-16 years old my mothers coworkers were paying to to as well watch their children over summer time ( Monday-Friday). I just recently got a job at a daycare I care for 12 months- 24 months. I love my job and the children and i'm so happy I got into childcare. In my spare time, I like to clean, sounds weird but it's very relaxing. I also enjoy painting. One thing you should know about me is I'm very understanding, and i'm good with communication. My skills include patience, understanding and helpful.
