About Cierra

We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Cierra for the past five years, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. We first began working with her in 2021, when our youngest was just six months old and our second child was a year and a half. From the very beginning, she demonstrated remarkable patience, warmth, and professionalism. Cierra has a natural ability to connect with children. Whether she’s organizing arts and crafts, taking them to the park, planning playtime activities, or simply spending quality time with them, she always creates a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment. She pays close attention to each child’s individual needs and makes them feel seen, heard, and completely comfortable. Beyond her exceptional childcare skills, Cierra’s is also extremely responsible and dependable. She keeps our home tidy, cleans up after the children and herself, and even prepares meals for them. She has also helped care for our pets—feeding them and taking them on walks—which speaks to her reliability and willingness to go above and beyond.
