About Cierra

Hi! My name is Cierra, and I'm currently a college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development. My goal is to become a child psychologist, which is why I'm so passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development. I have over three years of paid childcare experience working in preschool and after-school settings with children of various ages, from toddlers to school-aged kids. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and strive to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and feel supported. I genuinely love building meaningful connections with children, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them reach new milestones.
