If you're looking for a caregiver who is the best of the best, Cierra is it! She's been a nanny to our now 2-year-old since she was just 4 months old, and has been there to encourage and support every milestone—from trying solids to first steps to big feelings. My daughter LOVES Cierra and always looks forward to spending 1:1 time with her, no matter if it's just a fun outing or getting ready for naptime. What makes Cierra an incredible caregiver: her strong, meticulous work ethic, her patient and calm demeanor, and how she goes out of her way to ensure your child feels comfortable and seen. She takes initiative while also adhering to guidelines, and will always put your child and their safety first. My daughter also learned the alphabet, colors, numbers, and had a sizeable vocabulary by the time she was 18 months old. I definitely credit Cierra for all the above! (AKA do yourself a favor and hire Cierra!)
