Ciera has been taking care of my 5 1/2-year-old and 22 month old grandsons, for almost 2 years. I am at their home often and am able to see firsthand how she cares for my grandsons. Obviously, they both have different needs and she’s amazing at figuring out ways to meet their needs, while making it fun! She is full of creative ideas and always ready to try new “silly” things! Ciera is organized, stays on schedules (with flexibility when needed!) disciplines with love and has such a big heart! In addition to the above, she is efficient, responsible, on time and committed to those in her care. As a Grandmother, I can’t imagine anyone qualified enough to care for my grandsons! However, I trust her. I am so thankful that Ciera is their caregiver, a part of their lives and loves and cares for them so well! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a caregiver, for children of any age.
