Hi! I'm Ciera, new to Care. com but have plenty of experience when it comes to caring for children! I'm a dependable and nurturing caregiver with experience caring for children of all ages. As a mom, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to be patient, attentive, and truly invested in your children. I create a calm, fun, and supportive space where children feel safe to explore, learn, and be themselves. I provide structure throughout the day while still allowing children the freedom to be creative, curious, and enjoy being kids. I love planning activities, spending time outdoors, reading, doing crafts, and encouraging learning through play. I enjoy being present and building meaningful connections with the families I work with.
