Although I have no formal certification in this service, I've taken care of both of my late elderly grandmothers and uncles since I was 14. I've done medicine management, aided in hospice care during their last days, volunteered at the Hospital for elderly and mentally challenged adults and have been a live in provider for one non family member in my building which included medicine management, bathing and feeding (later inserting tube feeding), running errands, walks and housekeeping, and being there to comfort him in his last days.
