My approach to caregiving is centered around open communication. I believe in regularly updating parents about their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, depending on your preference. I also make sure to follow your lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, understanding that consistency is key for your child's development. When it's time for fun, I love engaging children in board games and puzzles, helping them develop their problem-solving and social skills. I love creative play and make believe and enjoy engaging and connecting with children in that way.
