About Christopher

Hello! My name is Christopher and I am a current graduate student pursuing an MA in Philosophy. Studying is my passion and helping children study is my talent. I worked several months as an SAT English tutor at a tutoring center and then as a full time 4th grade homeroom teacher while teaching grades 4-8. I believe that every student is capable of doing so much more than they perceive. It is all a matter of presenting the right study tools and how to use them. Once a student is able to learn basic study habits with guidance, they are bound to be successful when they work independently. The goal I have for every student is to come to that realization: they have the resources and techniques to ace their next exam. As I always tell my students with a smile after they obtain a stellar grade: "If you did it once, I know you can do it again." Giving students a reason to be proud of their hard work is their launchpad for the future. My first session is always a free trial.
