About Christopher

I have been an athlete my entire live and through school/sports I have been able to learn many meaningful life lessons through great professors and coaches. No matter the topic of education or specific sport, I try to always put myself in growth mindset knowing that I can get better at something even if it is one step at a time. I have my bachelors and masters degree, both have helped me deeply further my education to a higher learning environment. My athletic background spans multiple sports but I am most experienced with basketball/nutrition/personal training. Playing/coaching at the NCAA D2 level helped me understand a great deal about not only basketball but sports as well. No matter what the challenge is, I would love to help you through it!
