About Christine

As an empty nester, I started working once again as a senior care giving after my children left home to begin their own lives. While I am more skilled than ever, I am no longer certified but I began caregiving years ago at Piedmont Hospital as a CNA in their geriatric unit then went on to obtain training in medical assisting. I I love what I do and believe our seniors are one of our most neglected & underserved assets. The wisdom & life experience they share is priceless & precious. Most of the families I have worked with have been long term assignments through referrals that I stayed until their passing, caring for Parkinson's patients. My heart aches when I see the devastation Parkinson's does to a patient and their family and my life's purpose now consists of easing that burden through caregiving. There are not enough good things to say about Christine. She took care of my 90 year old mother for 2 years through a recovery from Covid and advanced skin cancer. My mother loved her and trusted her completely. We all did. She would come help me anytime I needed help for any reason. We were a team. She was with us until my mother passed away. We still stay in touch. She is part of our family. I will be forever grateful to her for loving my mother.
