I've also had 2. 5+ years of experience as a Registered Behavior Interventionist, where I developed skills in promoting positive behavior, supporting communication development, and creating structured yet adaptable environments to help children thrive-skills I will actively apply in my caregiving. I value open and honest communication with parents, ensuring regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns.
