We interviewed Christine for a nanny position for our 2 boys. The interview went great, our oldest connected with her right away and even asked her when she was leaving if she was going to come back, which he has not done with anyone. She was even 30 mins early to the interview which was totally fine with us! We ended up hiring her right there that day. She was supposed to start the following week but called off on Monday because she was going to get tested for COVID19 as a precaution. Then called off the next 2 days because she said she wasn't feeling well (not COVID19 related). I had texted her the following Sunday night asking how she was feeling and if she was going to start the next day. She replied with she was feeling better and she was planning on coming in the next day. 30 mins later she sent me a text stating that she decided she wasn't going to take the job as she was having issues in her personal life and that her mom needed her care. I would say not dependable.
