I have worked with children as a nanny/babysitter ever since I was 11 years old. I taught evening children's programs at my church. I was a paid childcare provider with my home church, also a previous lead teacher of a 2-year-olds Sunday school class. After college, I was a nanny for over a year and a half, until they could no longer afford a nanny. I started substitute teaching in public elementary schools in February of 2010 and substitute taught until end of that school year, then was hired as an assistant teacher at a public school in 2016. I worked for a nanny agency from January of 2010 to 2011. I returned to college locally in 2010 to work towards earning my Elem Teacher's license. I have been substitute teaching for Chesterfield County Public Elem Schools since February of 2012 and Henrico County Public Schools since 2010. I have my provisional license in early elementary education ( preK-3rd grade), but have taught a 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade combo class at a Christian school

It is very clear that Christine's primary passion is caring for children. We are very fortunate to have her not only as our son's aunt but also as his primary sitter when we need one. Christine is very reliable and flexible on the spot when need be. I would hands down recommend her to anyone else looking for a caregiver that they can trust.
