I have been tutoring elementary students in reading, writing, and math for the last 4 years. I am very familiar with Virginia's SOL's and VESOL's and comfortable tutoring elementary aged students in all subjects. As a special education teacher I am well versed in strategies to differentiate instruction to meet all students' needs. I am certified in OG Phonics First by Brainspring. I can not say enough good things about Christina! She is amazing! She is always on time, prepared and ready with bucket loads of patience and enthusiasm. My girls absolutely adore her and wish she could be their classroom teacher not just tutor. Christina goes above and beyond my expectations helping to tailor activities to make sure my girls are excited about learning. I have seen so much growth in their academic abilities but even more importantly in their confidence. I would highly recommend Christina to all families.
