I range from light house keeping to in depth detail cleaning prices vary and can do on hourly or per job rates as prices will vary depending on the depth needed and desired for each client; as I do basic cleaning, deep cleaning, spring and fall clean outs and clean ups, and deep sanitary cleaning like a white glove of sorts. I do assessments for homes and time frames needed for all possible clients but if further than 25 miles I do charge a assessment fee for my time and traveling and will charge for minimum of 4 hours If appointments agreed on by both parties are canceled on short notice without any contact or less than 24 hours. forgive the necessary but advance notice of these possible .
