About Christina

I have a strong background working with children and families through youth services, education, nonprofit programs, and caregiving roles. As a military spouse, I developed the ability to adapt quickly to different environments and work with children and families from many different backgrounds and experiences. I have experience assisting with daily routines, supervision, educational support, enrichment activities, communication with parents, and helping children navigate emotional or behavioral challenges in a calm and supportive way. I believe in balancing structure with compassion and encouraging independence, confidence, and healthy communication as children grow. I genuinely enjoy working with children and helping create environments where they feel safe, respected, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.
