Dignity, Honor and Respect I believe everyone deserves to be treated this way each and every moment regardless of their life circumstance. My goal is to support my clients in living their lives to their fullest potential with love, kindness, compassion and humor and dignity I have over 20 years experience working with the elderly population and 35 years in the health care industry. My responsibilities have included the usual duties of: light housekeeping, bathing, meal preparation, and running errands but also extended into attending doctor and therapy appointments. This has allowed for the clear and accurate communication between the client, their family members and the medical community, which facilitates the best care for your loved one. I would love the opportunity meet with you and your loved one to see if I would be a good fit. I have attached a letter of recommendation but will be happy to provide more upon request. Blessings, Christie

I am so happy to provide a reference for Christine. Christie is simply the most incredible person caregiver I have ever encountered. She not only took beautiful care of my Mom, she also became my Mom's best friend. My mother was a very private person and did not welcome the idea of having someone come in to help. My siblings and I adored my Mom and were very picky about who could be with Mom. Mom was immediately comfortable with Christie, and we all quickly realized that Christie was very special. She took care of Mom for almost 5 years, and Mom thrived under her care. I had not seen Mom laugh so much in a long time. We sometimes had to hire another caregiver to provide extra coverage, and one of them was very good, but Christie is in a class of her own. She could take Mom to the finest restaurants and fit right in. Christie is very poised, highly intelligent, and a great conversationalist, and all of Mom's family and friends fell in love with her. Christie stayed with Mom to the bitter end, and we would not have made it through without her endless kindness and love for my Mom. Christie helped me get Mom to the hospital when she broke her hip, and stayed with us almost the entire week she was hospitalized. Christie was there every day when we moved Mom to a rehab facility, and she helped me move Mom back to her apartment for home hospice. Mom was in and out of consciousness for a week, and Christie was with her every day, and often stayed the entire night with her so I could get some sleep. Christie never lost her patience with Mom, even though Mom was very difficult during that last week. Christie and I were both sleeping in Mom's living room when Mom passed peacefully in her sleep. Christie was as devastated by the loss as I was, but she came almost every day after Mom died to help close up Mom's apartment, and to take care of me during that awful time. Christie became like a sister to me, and we still see each to reminisce and share our lives. Christie was the most amazing blessing in our lives. She was the only person I and my siblings really trusted to take care of our beloved Mother, and she always exceeded our expectations. Mom adored her, and Christie made Mom's last years so much more joyful. Christie was always happy, but she was also sensitive to Mom's moods, and would respond accordingly if Mom was having a bad day. She was totally reliable, and would often stay late if I was unable to leave the office in time to relieve her. There are really no words to adequately describe how amazing Christie is. She is the only person I want to take of me if and when it's needed. I would be happy to talk further with anyone who has any questions.
