I have an extensive background with childcare/education. I have 10+ years in childcare experience. I started with my first long term family in West Orange and then Verona. I started when both children were babies and stayed until preschool began. I was able to work closely with their parents creating, keeping, and changing her schedule (eating naps play) as need be. I was there from rolling over to crawling to walking to running, all the way to potty training. We work on our manners and other important values the family wants to instill in their child. We will work on shapes, colors, numbers, and the alphabet. I set up play dates with other nannies and their little ones. We have gone to parks, zoo, library, yoga class, My Gym etc. We really became family in my long term jobs and I am looking for something similar. Most importantly, I will treat your child as my own, keeping them engaged in some activity, whether it be in doors or out, making sure they are safe, happy, and learning.
