Caring for babies and families has been part of my life for more than 30 years. I bring decades of hands-on caregiving experience, a heart for service, and a genuine passion for helping families feel confident and supported. As a mother of three and grandmother of eight, my personal experiences include caring for a premature baby in the NICU. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare customer service and leadership, I bring strong communication and problem-solving skills balanced with my naturally calm, patient personality. When I'm caring for her newborn so a mother can rest, my approach is rooted in respect, education, and individualized care. My goal is to create a peaceful, judgment-free environment where families feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their preferences, and confidently navigating parenthood.
