As a dedicated childcare provider with five years of experience, I find immense joy in nurturing the growth and development of children. My passion stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my strong desire to support families by providing reliable child care. My approach to caregiving is centered around patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor. I believe in establishing open communication with parents, using their preferred method, to ensure a collaborative partnership. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the children. To foster children's holistic development, I engage them in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience working with various age groups, from toddlers to preteens. I hold a Masters of Social Work degree and work as a school social worker.
