About Christina

Hi! My name is Christina! A little about me: I currently live in Orlando and work for an Ed tech company in a senior role. However I was a teacher in Florida for 5 years. I have an active teaching certificate and have a Master's in Elementary Education. I've taught second grade, third grade, and fourth grade. I've also tutored children ages 4-13. I specialize in literacy and supporting students in learning to read and write. I have extensive experience with working with students in elementary math. I approach tutoring with a curious outlook, first identifying what might be causing the difficulty and then creating a plan and solution to support. I work closely with your child's teacher (with your approval) to ensure success. I no longer teach, but education is my passion. I love supporting children and families in being successful in and out of the classroom.
