This is the background check we require for all caregivers.
Experience: 10 yrs
My name is Christy and I have over 18 years of experience working with young children along with a degree in Early Childhood Education. The majority of my experience is with infants, ages 12 weeks to 12 months. 14 years of this experience was working for a well-known, upscale 5-star child care facilities. Job responsibilities included managing a classroom of 7 infants, keeping daily records for each child, ensuring that all requirements were met on a daily basis, writing lesson plans and developing age-appropriate activities based on individual development. For one year, I was a nanny for twins, 8 months of age at the start. After that I spent 2 years caring for 2 boys, ages 3 months and 13 months at start. Daily notes for each child were provided, including feedings, nap times, activities and special communication when necessary.

Christie took care of our young children for a couple of years. We are in healthcare and leave early for work and need to be on time. She was never late and always dependable. Our boys loved her and she did a lot of interesting and enriching activities with them. She kept them busy and outside a lot. She nurtured them and cared about them.
