Cleaning can be done weekly or bi-weekly. I generally charge by the job and not by the hour, so contact me and can set up an appointment to come and give you an estimate. Small apartments can range 100+(approx 3 hrs), Small homes or large apartments/ condos 140+, (approx 4-5 hrs) and Large Homes, with 2. 5+ bathrooms, can range 180+.(5-6 hours) . I am not super fast when I clean. It has been quite some time since I had my care account active, but I will be having a Thurs biweekly spots open up in the next few weeks that I would like to fill. Tina does an amazing job cleaning our home! She has accommodated my sensitivity to fragrances by adjusting her supplies, she is meticulous and very thorough as well. She really takes her time cleaning. Tina’s cost is right in line with my prior person who cleaned for us. We could not be happier!
