Hi! I'm Christina. It's wonderful to "meet" you! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Education Technology. I am not currently, but have been a Red Cross lifeguard, so I had my CPR and First Aid certifications. I was working as a third grade teacher for about 9 school years, and now I am an elementary school librarian teaching students in PREK through 5th grade! I have almost 16 years of experience caring for children. Several references from babysitting and teaching are available upon request. I am currently looking for part-time (scheduled or occasional) night or weekend babysitting hours. I have been working with children all my life through teaching, tutoring, coaching cheerleading and swimming, church school, nursery care, after school programs and work experiences. Christina watched our two year old son while we were in town for a wedding. She is fantastic with children! We were nervous because he’s cried often when we say goodbye with sitters but she showed him a book as we were leaving and he didn’t cry. She took excellent care of him and sent us updates throughout the evening. I highly recommend her and we’d contact her again next time we need a sitter in the area.
