About Christina

Working with kids gives one the opportunity to shape and influence young minds, helping them develop skills and confidence that will benefit them throughout their lives. I'm looking for a job that is friendly, open communication and prioritizing the safety of the child. I started working with kids when I was volunteering with a camp I worked at 15 and since then I have loved working and playing with children since! In my spare time, I like to read and taking my husky out on nature walks. My skills include listening, which is extremely important because at the end of the day children are little people and their opinions matter. Also, I believe having compassion and patience is truly key because every child is unique and their necessary needs are not all the same. As a caregiver it is your job to provide that safe space for that child to feel comfortable and heard.
